The decorations will remain up through the holidays and we will be back to remove and prepare for storage immediately after the holidays. The purchased product is yours to keep and subsequent years you pay for installation and removal only.

Cost to Outline top of buildings and shopping centers.
Office buildings and shopping centers usually have a flat roof that is accessed through the stairway of the building. Commercial buildings usually have a 4ft wall around the top of the building that we can install clips then lights (C9). The cost to install lights up to 125 ft would be $1199.95 and for this building it would be based on per side (labor only, materials extra) based on 1 tech and up to 8 hrs. Some buildings may not fit this description and would be additional depending on the building.
